How is our staff qualified to help?
Our staff consists of legal representatives accredited through the U.S. Department of Justice accreditation program allowing them to practice immigration law. We also have a bilingual Spanish interpreter on staff.
We are a member of CLINIC, an immigration law oversight organization with numerous resources. Our staff stays current on immigration law and policy and continues to pursue development and growth to secure legal status and protect our clients.
We come alongside our immigrant clients to guide them through the complex and lengthy process of applying for or adjusting their legal status to allow them to remain in the United States. We also make referrals when available to help provide social services to clients as they await resolution of their legal case.
We seek to understand their stories, conduct legal research, prepare, finalize, and file necessary USCIS legal forms, guide them in gathering necessary evidence, and to prepare and accompany each client throughout the process. For those who qualify to apply for U.S. citizenship we assist them with the complex forms and filing requirements and provide resources to help our clients as they study and prepare for both the oral and written portions of the citizenship test.
